Good morning! It's Monday.
The Shasta County board will hold it's regular meeting today, ahead of budget hearings that begin Tuesday. It's possible new information may be released by the board regarding a legal issue that was discussed Saturday.
Also, with too many new stories to fit into today's Sum Up links below, I'll draw your attention to an Op-Ed we published Saturday. It's written by two North state supervisors and is a plea to the state for funds to address the impacts of H.R. 1.
